Wow! So is the Manafort garage going to be on the parking lot adjacent to Charter Oak State College ?
Yes, according to the rendering in that video. I'd like to see that Paul Manafort Drive rerouted from James Hall to Stanley Street just south to Sefton Dr/Stratford Road. This would make foot traffic easier to and from the garage from campus.

I believe the first project will break ground later this year or in 2017 and could be the first building that will be renovated and expanded.
Next, might be the expansion of Barnard Hall, that may occur in 2017/2018.
That will be followed by the start of the engineering building in 2018/19.
Shortly thereafter, the Huang Center (bubble replacement) should begin.

Again these are just educated guesses based on a bad memory.

You can try asking the Facilities staff (you'll find their contact info on the home page and the bar at the top. It reads "A-Z Index") about that info.

According to the Master Plan, the Willard-Diloreto Hall renovations and infill is supposed to have started this month (August, 2016). The Manaforte parking garage and the Huang Rec Center are supposed to break ground in December 2016. Construction on the new engineering building is supposed to start in August, 2017. The complete list can be found at www.ccsu.edu/masterplan.

Technically, the D-W project has started. Both buildings are either already vacated or are in the process. And no...the name of the new complex will not be "Willoreto". At least...it better NOT be. :?

Thinking back, I was taking a Geog class in DiLoreto back in 2001. I remember the prof saying that it was scheduled for expansion in 3 years. That would have been in 2004. Hey legislators... What happened?!
