It is now settled #7 seed Central will play at #2 seed RMU.
Of course they will be a huge underdog.
Speaking of improbabilities if the finals is between FDU and Central, the game will be played at Central.

What's up w/ the garage doors at RMU's new gym? I'm sure its leaps and bounds better than our grampa gym but that's a bit tacky. 5 rows of seating behind the benches? Big no thanks on that gym. Who designed that? Assuming it huge on the side I can't see.

Regarding the game, they get tantalizingly close then they blow it open again. Too many one and dones for CCSU. Missing huge threes and not getting close to the rebounds.

Feel like I'm watching DM's crew out there with the double digit turnovers. 17 at the end of the 3rd qtr. Not good. Getting beat on all aspects of the stats, gonna need one heck of a good 4th qtr.

Hoops...Thats an auxiliary gym called the “North Athletic Center”. I don’t know why they didnt use the Sewall Center.

RMU is indeed planning a bright shiny new arena in the near future which I think is an indication as to where they are taking the program.

Thanks Sky. Their Aux gym is nicer than ours, lol! Honestly, if we could replace them w/ a closer school, I'd be all for it. I know they are technically the northeast but they are to dang far away.

I know we are going off on a tangent here and maybe the thread should be closed but check out RMU's plans for a new arena.

As we've seen over and over again Hoops, even the gyms that are being REPLACED by peer schools are BETTER than our current gym. Both the Sewall Center and that aux gym are better.

With this new arena, and recent improvements to Walton Stadium, I can see RMU leaving the NEC for greener pastures.

Heck yeah, that's a real arena right there. Only thing close is the Mount. All others in the NEC are not good. LIU maybe. Isn't Bryant doing one too?
