Have a lot of great shooters, but really have not shown a good defense this year. Foul shooting killed ccsu against Austin Peay. And way too many fouls in the games this year. Team has a lot of potential if they can improve in those areas. GO BLUE DEVILS !!!
The things that concern me about last night's game:
1. 22 turnovers (16 in the second half! That is insane.)
2. We allowed 13 offensive rebounds to those guys. That's basically 13 "extra" shots for our opponent.
3. PG. Some of you guys were worried about the PG position and I'm beginning to think you're right. I'm not convinced that Segwai is the guy we want in at the end of the game but he handles it ok and he's 3-4 from the line so far. Batiste's FTs weren't even close last night. Donyell ended up having Batiste inbounding the ball at the end of the game so that he wouldn't have the ball in his hands (and be fouled). Tough when you DON'T want the ball in the hands of your PG at the end of the game.

Offensively, though, this team has more fire-power than I've seen at CCSU in many years. Kohl AND Krishnan are quite the dynamic duo.
