Not regretting that at all. He’s put together a frisky team within a joke of an athletic department.

I'm the first to say I was very skeptical about this hire two years ago, and based on last year's suspension I'm still a little hesitant to go all in.

But ... at this point I'm not sure we could have picked a better head coach. He has exceeded every reasonable expectation at this point.

We have the right guy for our program for all the wrong reasons. I'm not sure if it is this this or next, but I have every faith and confidence he will lead us back to the NCAAs.

We need to get the fan base and State on the bandwagon!

The ranking forthe news about College BB in the state is this:
1. UConn
2. D-3 St Josephs
3. the rest of the D1 schools

WTIC putting St Joes on 50k watts is insane.

I had to mute Calhoun’s name on Twitter I can’t stand any more St Joe’s talk.

I for one was not on the bandwagon at first, believe I said I'd give him four years. He's off to a good start in 3, vision is coming along but who knows, was all set to don Coach Ross as a two thumbs up and he goes and blows our playoff chances, lol. Barring us getting extremely lucky.

Regarding St Joe's, I haven't had a chance to reach out to our AD yet as I haven't seen him at any football or basketball games, maybe I'm not looking in the right places. Hopefully I can spot him tomorrow. Would love to know what his plan is. Praying invisibility isn't his plan...

I was also skeptical but I’m now impressed. I see him at my gym often and he’s happy to talk about CCSU MBB with anyone who’s interested.

I know we kinda got off track here regarding St. Joes but I said it before and I’ll say it again...Calhoun will do all he can to get the state for pay for a new facility or improvements to the O’Connell Center.

There’s no separation of church and state here. State bond money can be used for almost anything with the right political support.
