EE loses first battle with Kevin Ollie

The state is going to have to open up its pocket book to bail out EE ..... Again Sure this is only one battle in the war... but it does not look good for EE.

Rumors that UConn will be forced to change its name to Kevin Ollie University are totally false.

So...17 million to leave the AAC. Four million to enter the Big East. Potentially 10 million to buy out Ollie.

Thirty one million dollars and no one bats an eye.

Bet we could do some nifty upgrades to Detrick with that!

I would not upgrade Detrick Gymnasium circa 1965. I think CCSU could build a 6,000 seat arena style multipurpose event center for 30 million. Build it on the East Campus.

The only Men's Basketball team in Connecticut to make the 2006-2007 NCAA Tournament - CCSU Blue Devils!
